I)When you receive the package

    1, Please check and confirm if the machines, accessories and warranty card are complete with nothing missing.

    2, Please keep the warranty c ard well as the proof for repair or maintenance.

II) When you need to repair

    1, When you meets problem with our machine, please contact our service dept., and our technical support engineer will analyze the reason of the malfunction and make record based on your description of the problems you meet, after that you need to send the machine back to us for repair. But please do not send the machine back without noticing to us in order to avoid package missing or any inconvenience might be caused.

    2, Before you send back the machines, please provide the return address clearly inside of the box.

    3, For the machines that within free guarantee period, we repair the machine free of charge and restore the product to its proper operating condition, and we also will pay the shipping cost necessary to return the product once the repair is complete.

    4, If the machine is exceed the free guarantee period, we will charge the material cost necessary. And our maintenance dept. will contact you to check and confirm the necessary cost before repair, once you confirm and agree to pay the cost, we will arrange the repair and return the product to you once the repair is complete.

    5, Normally the repair can be finished within 7days aftIII) How long does the free guarantee period laster receipt of the returned machine. If there’s any accidental, we will contact you to negotiate and confirm a new date suitable.

    The machine enjoys1 year free guarantee from the date of purchase, and there will be material cost for repair occurred after this period.

IV) What is not covered by the free guarantee The free guarantee does not cover the followings:

    1, Damage or scratch on machine enclosure, cables and accessories.

    2, Electric malfunction caused by hot plug/re-plug of cables by user

    3, Damage, deterioration, malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, fire, accident etc acts by nature. Also it does not cover any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by us to make such repairs, or any other causes which is not related directly to defect in product materials/workmanship.
